Hey All!
I’m LaToya

What Makes H.Y.P.E. Unique

H.Y.P.E. is not just another wellness space. It’s rooted in lived experience and personal healing as a survivor, accessibility for all bodies, and practices that blend non-judgment,  movement, Reiki, dance, sound, and holistic healing. What makes H.Y.P.E. unique is the invitation to bring your full self your struggles, your shame, your joys, and your stories into a space where you are seen, heard, and held.

H.Y.P.E. is...

• Small & Intentional: Intimate groups for healing & connection

• Grounded in Comfort: plush Yin Mats for deep rest + accessibility (yinmat.com)

• Energetically Nourishing: Reiki, sound bowls, crystals, & chakra harmonizing

• Plant-Supported Healing: Bring grounding & vibrancy

Youth

Alongside my work, I guide youth & mentor  high risk youth through the Manchester Police Athletic League CHOICES Program,  creating space for connection, guidance, and real-life support.

• Supporting youth both at the P.A.L. and in the community
• Building trust, connection, and consistency
• Creating a secure, non-judgmental space

• Youth wellness

Mission

To help those who feel disconnected from their bodies whether through illness, trauma, or life's challenges, reconnect with selves by finding healing, confidence, & self-acceptance through:

H.Y.P.E.  (Healing Your Parts Equally).

A unique blend of holistic nourishment & movement/stillness as medicine.

Each class is designed to help you build your own medicine bag filled with the tools that bring you peace, joy, restoration  & intentional rest. This is your space to self-observe without judgment , reconnect with your body, and reclaim your wholeness.

It's not about getting it right it's about showing up for thyself.

I know and understand that healing is heavy and even painful, but it can be soft, joyful, and truly liberating. This holistic approach helped me stay grounded through my own journey, and now I share these tools to help support others.

In spaces with me, there’s no right or wrong way.

Just show up, be yourself, and let yourself be held, seen, and moved.

We are always becoming.

Let's get H.Y.P.E. together!
